Traffic Light Indicator

This 3 colour ‘traffic light’ Liquid Crystal system exhibits three colours, each appearing within a different
temperature band. Below 50°C the product shows as a green circle indicating a safe temperature and above 70°C
the circle lights up in red showing that the temperature is too high. Between the two ratings the colour is shown as
amber indicating that attention may be needed.
Ideal for use as part of a TPM, (Total Preventative Maintenance), program to warn of overloads on electrical
equipment and overheating equipment and moving parts etc. Also can be used to show when process pipes are
running too hot.

100 micron clear poly ester
52 mm high and 48 mm wide
Ratings:
Green Below 50°C, Amber Between 50 and 70°C, Red Above 70°C (custom temperatures anywhere
between 0°C & 80°C available on quantities of 500 packs or more)

The finished product is supplied in pac ks of 10 pieces
Store in a cool, dry, dark location. Avoid exposure to UV light (including direct sunlight) and extreme
temperatures (below – 5 above 40°C)
