Description
The AUIPS6125R is a fully protected four terminals high
side switch. It features current sensing, over-current, over-
temperature, and ESD protections. Shutdown type of
protection provides a good reliability under short circuit
condition. The Ifb pin provides both an analog feedback
during normal operation and a digital flag when the part is
in protection mode.
