1. General description
The 74AHCT14A is a hexadecimal inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs, capable of
transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.
Designed to operate over a V

This range allows the device to be used to translate from 3.3 V to 5 V.
