The s pe cific ation f or humi dity accuracy of Si 700 6-A10, Si7006-A20, Si7007-A10 and Si7007-A20 was
tightened t o +/-5%RH maxim um from 0% to 90%RH.
The following datasheet ty pographical errors were corrected:
- A typogra phic a l error was corre c te d i n the table for I2C bit descriptions for READ and WRITE.

- A typographical error was corrected in the diagram for the I2C sequence to perform a measurement
and read back result (no hold master mode). (Si7006/13/20/21-A10 and Si7006/13/20/21-A20)
- A typogra phic a l error was corre c te d i n Table 3 , Footn ote 2 to indicate the clock stretching is <50μs.
