Description of Change: Silicon Labs is pleased to announce rev 1.1 Datasheet for the C8051T61x
product family. Products marked with a date code later than 1119 benefit from a faster EPROM
programming time as detailed in Datasheet section 17.1.1 and Table 7.6.
Although devices with date code 1119 or later can use a faster EPROM programming time, there
is no requirement for customers to change their existing program timing for this material.
The changes to the Datasheet are detailed in Appendix A.
Reason for Change: To reflect improved programming time for the C8051T61x family of
products.
Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability: There is no impact on form, fit, quality or
reliability. Required programming time functionality has been improved.
